Do I need a permit for landscaping?
Most planting and bed work does not require a permit. Retaining walls over 4 feet, significant grading, and some structures do. We identify permit requirements as part of scope development.
How are landscape contractors verified?
State license check, liability insurance verification, bond verification, identity check, and credentials review.
How does milestone payment work?
Your project funds are held in escrow. They release to the contractor only after you approve a completed milestone. Final retainage releases after punch-list sign-off.
